What you will do
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Workday HCM system across functional areas.
- Support and consult business SMEs on Workday-related questions.
- Own the technical stability, configuration, and ongoing development of the Workday tenant.
- Improve Workday capabilities in line with business and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate HR technology initiatives, including planning, stakeholder management, and risk and issue handling.
Requirements
- Relevant education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a similar field.
- Several years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM.
- Strong knowledge of multiple Workday HCM modules, preferably Core HCM, Recruiting, and/or Security.
- Experience coordinating HR technology initiatives and managing stakeholders, plans, risks, and issues.
- Analytical, conceptual, solution-oriented, independent, accurate, and resilient working style.
- Proficient English required; the role is based in Zurich.
Nice to have
- Workday Pro certification.
- Experience quickly understanding existing system setups and taking over ongoing responsibilities.
