What you will do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, and chat.
  • Provide expert advisory regarding products, services, and related inquiries.
  • Take full ownership of case resolution following company processes and guidelines.
  • Manage demanding customer interactions using professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and boost localization initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment aligned with hirify.global values.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or e-commerce.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in IT tools and Windows packages.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Availability to work on late shifts.
  • Strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
