What you will do

• Execute transformation project assignments including intelligent data structuring, analysis, and benchmarking.
• Conduct interviews, animate workshops, and perform process mapping.
• Develop functional specifications for client projects.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base through publications, seminars, and workshops.
• Rapidly transition into team support and leadership roles.

Requirements

• University Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience working as a consultant.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Must possess valid work authorization (the company is unable to provide a work permit).
• Strong analytical mind with an interest in Energy and AI-related topics.
• Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, The Netherlands).
