What you will do

• Prepare structured business documentation, including process descriptions, requirements, and use cases.
• Capture and formalize business needs by collaborating with stakeholders and Senior Business Analysts.
• Analyze business processes to contribute to the definition of a solution-agnostic Target Operating Model.
• Ensure quality and traceability of requirements, linking business inputs to program decisions.
• Translate business models into detailed requirements to support procurement and ERP system integrator selection.
• Ensure all duties comply with regulatory requirements and Anti-Bribery and Corruption policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year (typically 1–3 years) of professional experience in business analysis.
• Experience in documenting business processes, requirements, and structured deliverables.
• General understanding of ERP concepts and core finance processes.
• English: C1 level or above required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Certification in Agile methodologies (PSPO I) or CBAP.
• Previous professional experience within financial institutions.
