What you will do

• Execute transformation projects including intelligent data structuring and analysis.
• Perform benchmarks, conduct interviews, and animate workshops.
• Develop detailed process mapping and functional specifications.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.
• Participate in temporary assignments abroad, specifically in France and the Netherlands.

Requirements

• University Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience as a consultant.
• Trilingual proficiency in French, Dutch, and English.
• Must have valid work authorization for Belgium (no work permits provided).
• Strong analytical mind with an interest in Energy and AI-related topics.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable conclusions.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
