What you will do

• Lead and empower the SUI HR Operations team using a value-based leadership style.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and leadership regarding HR processes.
• Drive HR transformation projects, including the implementation of digital tools and process improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with Swiss labor law, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
• Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to maintain accurate processes and effective interfaces.
• Partner with senior leadership and Centers of Expertise on compensation, benefits, mobility, and employee relations.

Requirements

• University degree in economics, business administration, or HR management.
• Minimum five years of professional experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Swiss labor law and payroll systems.
• Proven experience in HR transformation and change management.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Switzerland.
