What you will do
- Lead and empower the SUI HR Operations team using a value-based leadership style.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and leadership regarding HR processes.
- Drive HR transformation projects, including the implementation of digital tools and process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with Swiss labor law, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Collaborate with Finance and Payroll teams to maintain accurate processes and effective interfaces.
- Partner with senior leadership and Centers of Expertise on compensation, benefits, mobility, and employee relations.
Requirements
- University degree in economics, business administration, or HR management.
- Minimum five years of professional experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Swiss labor law and payroll systems.
- Proven experience in HR transformation and change management.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Switzerland.
