What you will do

• Deliver comprehensive technical support to partners and customers across Southern Europe, primarily in French-speaking countries.
• Manage customer interactions through web-based ticketing systems, telephone, and chat.
• Perform root cause analysis by asking targeted questions to swiftly identify underlying technical issues.
• Guide customers through product system navigation and first-time installations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems related to both software and hardware.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English.
• Practical experience gained from working in the IT industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solid technical foundation.
• Customer-centric approach with professional communication and diligent follow-up skills.
