What you will do

• Define the IT Asia architecture roadmap and landscape in alignment with the bank's business strategy.
• Lead system architecture for key initiatives by providing solution blueprints, architecture runways, and NFRs.
• Oversee architecture governance to manage standards, guidelines, and technical debt.
• Drive Proof of Concepts (PoC) for new technologies and tools to support business initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the design and implementation of enterprise systems within the banking domain, preferably private banking or wealth management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Proficiency in Java EE, Spring Boot, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, and Apache Kafka.
• Hands-on experience implementing cloud-native applications and DevOps principles.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Ability to work in Singapore.

• Experience in implementing Machine Learning based solutions.
