What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client business goals and translate them into functional CDP use cases.
- Design customized solution architectures for customer data flow, identity resolution, and omnichannel orchestration.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations to audiences ranging from C-level executives to engineering teams.
- Manage the technical response for RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, including bid and proposal management.
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) projects and ensure a seamless transition from presales to implementation teams.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share market trends and influence product strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive presales experience architecting complex solutions.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with CDP and/or MarTech platforms, encompassing data engineering and modeling.
- Deep understanding of customer data architecture, identity resolution, and data governance.
- Proven experience managing multiple presales projects simultaneously from requirements capture to delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- MBA or advanced technical degree.
- Technical certifications in AWS, Azure, or Databricks.
