What you will do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using version control and performance tuning.
• Write and optimize complex DAX, including time intelligence and calculation groups, to deliver accurate metrics.
• Design semantic models in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to ensure consistent business logic across reports.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and views for efficient data extraction.
• Apply data governance practices, including row-level security and access controls, to maintain data compliance.
• Translate business requirements into clear visualizations that drive strategic organizational decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (Exempt status).
• Master's degree with 1 year of experience, Bachelor's with 2 years, or 4 years of relevant data analytics experience.
• Experience with relational database structures, including design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server/Oracle) and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.
• Must obtain an EPIC official "Proficient" designation within the probationary period.
• Ability to read and write legibly in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau and SAP products.
