What you will do

• Analyze client-side business processes using internal instructions and conversation transcripts.
• Design scripts and prompts for AI agents to automate identified processes.
• Create training and test datasets for LLM evaluation.
• Develop and implement methodologies to assess and refine AI agent performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience designing conversational flows, dialogue scripts, or AI interactions.
• Extensive practical experience prompting LLMs for production use cases.
• Background in business process analysis, ideally in fintech, telecom, or retail.
• Ability to map complex processes into structured dialogue logic.
• Must be based in Europe or the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms like RASA, Voiceflow, or Botpress.
• Familiarity with basic scripting or no-code tools.
