What you will do

• Review and verify Customs Forms (K1, K2, K8) from couriers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and submit import/export customs exemption applications to the LMW Customs Unit.
• Perform data entry for import/export declarations and conduct reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Prepare monthly value-added reports and maintain the Bonded Warehouse Report for Customs.
• Conduct bi-monthly components reconciliation and variance verification.
• Support inbound warehouse operations and participate in projects to improve receiving and RTV flows.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent disciplines.
• Practical experience with SAP transactions.
• Familiarity with Malaysian customs forms (K1, K2, K8, K9) and LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) regulations.
• Ability to handle high volumes of shipping documents and regulatory filing.
• Experience in performing cycle counts, components reconciliation, and managing variance reports.
• Capability to liaise effectively with freight forwarders, couriers, and internal stakeholders.
