Location: Remote (EMEA), but must be able to travel up to 50% of the time to client locations

Salary: €70,000 - €105,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with plant-level and corporate stakeholders to design and deploy customer-specific hirify.global solutions.
• Implement applications, integrations, and workflows in live manufacturing environments with minimal disruption.
• Integrate shop-floor systems including PLCs, MES, and ERP.
• Serve as the technical authority during deployments, advising on architecture, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial software, or manufacturing-focused technology roles.
• 4+ years of experience in direct, customer-facing or consulting roles.
• Experience with Operations Technology (OT), including MES, ERP, and production systems.
• Proven ability to integrate systems and devices in manufacturing environments.
• BS degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Must be able to travel up to 50%.
