What you will do
- Conduct research and recommend robust software solutions tailored to client financial operation needs.
- Develop and deliver high-performance frontend code for banking cash-handling applications.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing programs and lead refactoring efforts.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and clients in an agile environment.
- Provide technical consultancy to ensure deliverables align with client requirements.
- Mentor colleagues to enhance the team's overall technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web application development using JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular.
- Proficiency in RxJS, Angular Material, SCSS/CSS, and HTML best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Must be based in Romania.
- Solid understanding of REST principles, client-server communication, and Git.
- Experience with XP practices such as TDD, DDD, and pair programming.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of NodeJS and Docker.
- Experience with application lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in Security or UI/UX design.
