Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - 4 days in office, 1 day WFH

What you will do

• Lead the creative development of projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Create high-quality motion design and animation across broadcast, digital, and social platforms.
• Develop creative responses for pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
• Mentor and support junior and midweight designers to elevate the studio's output.
• Explore and implement new technologies, including AR and AI-driven content.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Producers to solve complex creative challenges.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design and motion craft.
• Advanced knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
• Experience leading creative projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Kew, London for 4 days a week.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Unreal Engine.
• Experience with real-time graphics workflows and platforms like Vizrt or Rive.
• Background in broadcast, live events, or entertainment.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows.
• A passion for sport.
