What you will do

• Lead the design and production of high-quality, short-form motion content for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and Stories.
• Combine Adobe CC tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) with AI-driven generative design to scale creative output.
• Translate brand, campaign, and cultural insights into platform-native visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with social strategists and performance marketers to deliver brand-led creative.
• Build and maintain modular templates and motion systems to increase speed and consistency.
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback within the team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a social media designer function.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (generative visuals, text-to-video).
• Proficiency in social-first content tools such as CapCut.
• Solid understanding of platform specifications and formats for short-form video.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London - St Pancras Campus.
