What you will do
- Lead the design and production of short-form motion content for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories, and paid social video.
- Conceptualise and execute motion-first creative aligned with campaign and always-on strategies.
- Combine Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI-driven tools to scale creative production.
- Own the end-to-end motion design process, including animation, editing, sound, pacing, and final exports.
- Optimise content for platform algorithms, audience behaviour, accessibility standards, and performance KPIs.
- Build modular templates and motion systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams and creators, lead creative testing, and mentor junior designers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of similar experience as a social media designer.
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong short-form video editing and motion design capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools, including generative visuals, text-to-video, or AI-assisted editing.
- Proficiency with social-first content tools such as CapCut or similar.
- Solid understanding of social media platform specifications and formats.
