What you will do

• Manage the reliability and availability of financial crime prevention platforms, ensuring high performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure for real-time check systems.
• Monitor technical metrics using Prometheus/VM and ELK, building dashboards and alerts based on RED/USE and Four Golden Signals.
• Write and maintain deployment scripts, Helm charts, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigate incidents to identify root causes (RCA) and resolve product failures.
• Participate in on-call duties and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering for web services.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Expertise in GitLab CI/CD pipelines, templates, and containerization.
• Strong understanding of SLI/SLO thinking, error budgets, and incident response.
• Basic experience with databases, key-value stores, and Kafka.
• English: B1 or higher required for communication with an international team.
