What you will do

• Design and develop server-side systems and core backend modules for the GEO tech team.
• Build and maintain automation tools and data pipelines for large-scale data processing and analytics.
• Construct efficient workflows and automation scripts using Python and SQL.
• Integrate technical solutions for emerging markets, focusing on content quality detection and localization adaptation.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and local operations teams to align on requirements and define technical boundaries.
• Explore and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) and automation workflows to drive system intelligence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development experience with solid skills in Java, Python, or Golang.
• Proficiency in SQL and database design, with experience in large-scale data processing.
• Hands-on Python scripting experience for API integration and automation tool development.
• Strong engineering discipline and ability to independently own module development.
• Location: Must be based in Asia.
• English: Good communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs or automation workflows (e.g., Airflow, GitHub Actions).
• Experience in the fintech or blockchain industry.
• Project experience with SEO automation tools, web crawlers, or data analytics.
• Familiarity with NLP, semantic search, or knowledge graphs.
