TL;DR

Brand Manager (Cosmetics): Developing and executing marketing strategies for luxury cosmetics and skincare brands in Thailand with an accent on commercial growth, brand desirability, and omni-channel excellence. Focus on managing end-to-end campaigns, P&L optimization, and trade marketing execution across department stores and e-commerce.

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid: up to 50% remote)

hirify.global is a global beauty company specializing in the development and marketing of luxury cosmetics and skincare brands.

What you will do

  • Develop short- and long-term brand and launch plans to drive sell-out, sales productivity, and market share.
  • Partner with Media and PR agencies to execute cohesive strategies that build brand desirability.
  • Plan and execute BTL promotions and animations across department stores, Sephora, and e-commerce channels.
  • Own and manage the A&CP budget and brand P&Ls to ensure profitability.
  • Manage demand planning, forecasting, and inventory for new marketing initiatives and key franchises.
  • Analyze sales data per SKU and store to provide strategic insights for local, regional, and global teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience within the cosmetics industry specifically in the Thailand market.
  • Proven track record in brand building and deep understanding of Thailand's omni-channel retail landscape.
  • English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with CRM and multi-brand management.
