Forward Deployment Engineer (Agentic AI): Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs and RAG for enterprise organisations with an accent on Agentic AI frameworks and production-ready AI systems. Location: Hybrid working in Singapore

What you will do
- Design, develop, and deploy AI applications utilizing LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Partner directly with enterprise customers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Build retrieval pipelines, orchestration frameworks, APIs, and integrations with enterprise platforms.
- Develop cloud-native and production-ready AI systems.
- Collaborate with Architects, Delivery teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering.
- Commercial experience developing LLM-based applications.
- Proficiency with Agentic AI frameworks and workflow orchestration.
- Strong understanding of RAG systems and knowledge retrieval architectures.
- Strong Python development skills and experience with API integration.
- Must be based in Singapore for a hybrid working model.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions into production environments.
- Knowledge of vector databases and AI observability tooling.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Background in consulting or professional services.
