Product Line Manager I (Software Product Specialist - AI) (AI software, licensing, and SPC products): Supporting software product operations, release readiness, licensing, customer onboarding, documentation, and issue resolution with an accent on AI feature integration, software commercialization, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on testing and reproducing product issues, coordinating model maintenance, preparing training materials, and tracking requirements and enhancement requests through closure.

What you will do
- Support release readiness through checklists, release notes, documentation, training materials, and internal communications.
- Track AI software feature integration, testing feedback, model maintenance coordination, and enhancement requests.
- Support software licensing, including license setup, user processes, data tracking, and coordination with software and product line teams.
- Support SPC software customer onboarding, trial setup, demo preparation, product questions, and behavior confirmation.
- Test and reproduce reported issues, communicate details to engineering, track resolution, and escalate critical blockers.
- Collect and organize feedback from customers, sales, support, engineering, and product teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in software product support, product operations, application support, technical support, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Good written and spoken English required.
Nice to have
- Interest or experience in AI-related software, machine learning applications, or AI feature support.
- Experience with B2B, industrial, manufacturing, factory, or equipment software.
- Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
- Mandarin communication skills.
