What you will do

• Manage supplier selection, audits, and comprehensive risk management processes.
• Lead contract negotiations, SLA definitions, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor supplier performance, KPIs, and ensure strict SLA adherence.
• Oversee planning and budget management for the division.
• Handle quality management, complaints, and escalation resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in supplier management within financial services or payments.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Proactive approach to issue resolution and conflict management.
• Ability to work under pressure and engage with global partners.

• Proficiency in German.
