What you will do

• Manage and maintain production hardware and software, including SAP/ERP, PioSys, and other plant-specific tools.
• Own and optimize site KPI and performance systems (e.g., Power BI, OEE tracking) to ensure high data quality.
• Lead initiatives to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce production downtime.
• Provide user-level training and technical support to production teams on digital tools.
• Oversee plant infrastructure reliability, including sensors, cameras, network systems, and terminals.
• Act as a Safety Standard Leader, conducting audits to maintain a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, programming, data analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, systems, or production-support roles.
• Experience working with ERP/SAP systems within production environments.
• Strong understanding of performance monitoring tools (e.g., Power BI, OEE).
• Fluent English (C1) with confident written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the production site in Szarvas, Hungary.
