What you will do

• Design and evolve the architecture for AirDev, an autonomous AI agent execution engine for end-to-end software development tasks.
• Architect Quartermaster, the control plane for provisioning and managing autonomous agent workflows with safety and auditability controls.
• Lead the technical direction for AirForge, a containerized AI-powered application factory enabling natural language app generation.
• Design event-driven architectures connecting AI agents with enterprise systems (GitLab, Jira, Slack) via Kafka pipelines.
• Define domain-level technical roadmaps, review RFCs, and mentor senior engineers to raise architectural quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of technical leadership.
• Strong system design skills for distributed, event-driven platforms with high availability and scalability.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js (FastAPI, Next.js, or Express).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence global technical strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI/LLM-powered developer tools, agent frameworks, or autonomous systems.
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns, prompt engineering, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with Kafka, GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
