What you will do

• Oversee all maintenance activities for the production plant and field equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
• Execute capital projects from planning through to commissioning and report monthly expenses.
• Implement and manage the Emaint software for planned maintenance and spare parts warehouse control.
• Drive the site’s Reliability and Maintenance (R&M) strategy to sustain target OEE.
• Lead and develop maintenance team members and manage interaction with on-site vendors.
• Coordinate with EMEA regional teams and report costs to site leadership and finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in people development.
• Excellent English language skills for communication with regional and global teams.
• Strong technical knowledge, crisis management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer literacy and analytical understanding.
