What you will do

• Develop presentations and communication materials for commercial business updates, announcements, and key milestones.
• Provide counsel and creative execution on stakeholder communications for seed portfolio and operations leaders.
• Lead editorial planning and author articles for the company intranet and newsletter.
• Support the implementation of global enterprise communications strategies through targeted programs and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the North America Business Communications Lead to execute integrated communication strategies.
• Integrate data and technologies to ensure messaging effectiveness across various audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a similar field.
• 6+ years of communications experience (employee, media, and digital communications).
• Proven track record of working with leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Strong organizational skills, project management, and prioritization ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel and maintain high levels of professional confidentiality.

Nice to have

• In-house corporate communications experience.
• Experience within the agriculture, manufacturing, or technology industries.
• Background in issues/crisis management or media relations.
• Technical proficiency in seed traits, digital technology, or biology.
