What you will do

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple services across the AI automation platform.
• Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability systems including metrics, logs, and traces.
• Implement safe deployment strategies such as canary, blue-green, or phased rollouts.
• Improve incident detection speed and reduce mean time to recovery (MTTR).
• Standardize deployment and monitoring practices across engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release engineering.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability systems in production environments.
• Must be based in China.
• Ability to handle production incidents in a structured and calm manner.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Background in fintech, insurance, or other high-availability industries.
