What you will do

• Design and implement frontend experiments to optimize payment success rates and user experience.
• Identify growth opportunities within the payments product and drive strategic roadmaps based on data insights.
• Develop scalable measurement frameworks and north star metrics to guide product strategy.
• Translate complex business problems into actionable data science initiatives.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and act as the technical owner for cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience with a degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Engineering, CS, Economics).
• Proven expertise in experimentation and causal inference to drive product decisions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing product strategy in high-growth environments.
