EU Finance Manufacturing Intern

TL;DR

EU Finance Manufacturing Intern (Finance): Supporting decision-making across Operations functions by consolidating and analyzing the performance of 33 European factories with an accent on industrial cost reporting and KPI management. Focus on identifying performance deviations, initiating corrective actions, and delivering high-quality financial analysis.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands with a valid BSN number; hybrid work from Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.

What you will do

• Support decision-making across Operations functions on Finance & Control business issues.
• Consolidate and analyze the performance of 33 European designated factories.
• Manage monthly factory performance, including targets, RF, and actuals.
• Follow-up on deviations and initiate actions to fill gaps versus targets.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of industrial costs, KPIs, and performance.

Requirements

• Master student in Finance, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fluent in English.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number.
• Non-EU citizens: must have a valid Dutch residency permit and a university-signed three-party agreement.
• Availability to start in August for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
• Analytical mindset with excellent Excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables).
