Head of Marketing (EdTech)

What you will do

• Own the market narrative, competitive positioning, and sales enablement strategies.
• Manage digital and performance marketing campaigns, including asset creation and conversion optimization.
• Lead RFP response strategy and personally contribute to proposal writing and refinement.
• Oversee event strategy, logistics, and lead generation analysis.
• Translate policy trends and state mandates into actionable market positioning.
• Drive funnel metrics and be personally accountable for CAC and win rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally within EdTech or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven experience selling complex technology solutions to government entities.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on product and digital marketing.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of moving specific metrics.
• Hands-on execution style; must be willing to work in the weeds when necessary.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
