What you will do

• Develop scalable, high-performance features for iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS platforms.
• Partner with designers to build intuitive UI/UX following platform best practices.
• Refactor and modularize existing Swift and Objective-C codebases to improve quality.
• Integrate RESTful APIs with efficient data handling and error management.
• Manage the full app lifecycle, including builds, certificates, and App Store submissions.
• Collaborate with backend engineering teams to troubleshoot and ensure seamless integration.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial software development experience in iOS.
• Strong proficiency in both Swift and Objective-C.
• Deep knowledge of SwiftUI, UIKit, and core Apple frameworks like MapKit.
• Experience with iOS build systems, provisioning, and App Store requirements.
• Must have existing work authorization for the UK as visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Strong proficiency in Git and code review best practices.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in aviation or network-driven application development.
• Knowledge of Metal or OpenGL.
