What you will do

• Conduct daily quality assurance checks on risk operations to ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
• Manage risk domain QA programs, ensuring high productivity and precision in evaluations.
• Produce monthly QA reports detailing operational errors, procedural gaps, and system limitations.
• Analyze root causes of identified gaps and implement actionable solutions for remediation.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance operational quality and system procedures.
• Lead or support global projects aimed at uplifting overall operational quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of risk management experience in payments, financial services, or related industries.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, credit risk, fraud, and dispute management.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in process optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interrogate data.

• Previous Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience.
