What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve technical service issues for wind turbine electrical systems.
• Develop and document technical solutions and troubleshooting guidelines for field technicians.
• Identify failure clusters and collaborate with engineering and product managers for failure analysis.
• Deliver technical training on products, processes, and technologies to ensure team proficiency.
• Manage the onboarding and qualification of new trainer colleagues.
• Update training materials in alignment with the global training network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or professional qualification as an electrician/mechanical specialist.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of direct experience with wind turbines.
• English: C1 level (spoken and written) required.
• Experience in creating technical documentation and working in international environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Imarcoain, Spain and be willing to travel.

Nice to have

• High or low voltage certificates.
