What you will do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications for financial products.
• Implement security and performance best practices across all services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with client teams in a distributed environment.
• Integrate various systems and services within a cloud-based architecture.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency for conversation is required.
• Must be available to work 100% onsite at the Campinas office.
• Solid experience in backend development using Node.js.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and system integrations.
• Willingness to work on projects involving Java.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of design systems, caching strategies, and cryptography.
