What you will do
- Master on-the-bench flavor creation and design following Good Creative Practices.
- Develop deep expertise in the Creation Palette, including chemical structures and physicochemical parameters.
- Study flavor science, including stability, ingredient reactivity, and analytical techniques.
- Gain hands-on experience through supervised projects involving market dynamics and client challenges.
- Utilize AI-guided creation tools and IT enablers in the design process.
- Successfully complete regular checkpoints and a final defense to transition into an Associate Flavorist role.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Two-year University Degree in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or related Science/Engineering fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Above-average sense of taste and smell with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Strong technical understanding of chemistry and physical chemistry.
- Commitment to international mobility: 10 months in Switzerland followed by 14 months in the home affiliate.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
