What you will do

• Own and sustain SSPPM manufacturing processes to ensure stable quality, yield, and throughput.
• Monitor process performance using data analysis, including yield trends and process capability (Cpk).
• Apply SPC, DOE, and FMEA to identify root causes, reduce variation, and ensure process capability.
• Lead troubleshooting for complex electro-mechanical system build and test issues and drive corrective actions.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles to improve yield, cycle time, and equipment performance.
• Maintain and improve manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and control plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in power distribution or precision electronics.
• Proficiency with statistical methods (SPC, DOE, FMEA) and data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab, Excel).
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex manufacturing processes in a production environment.
• Familiarity with documentation control, BOM structures, and change management processes.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology (US Export Administration Regulations).

Nice to have

• Experience working with high-voltage power systems or lithography hardware.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or formal continuous improvement training.
• Experience with automated test systems and metrology equipment.
