What you will do

• Apply cognitive science principles to enable AI solutions in enterprise business applications.
• Design and implement methods for learning representations from textual data to improve information retrieval and decision-making.
• Lead R&D initiatives in training design, competency modeling, and cognitive performance metrics.
• Identify cognitive training requirements and develop cognitive skills training programs.
• Develop and validate metrics for assessing cognitive performance and competency models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cognitive science, AI, or related fields.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP), including knowledge discovery, data mining, and unstructured data analytics.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, C/C++, or Python.
• Experience with NLP/text understanding, classification, pattern recognition, recommendation systems, targeting systems, or ranking systems.
• Security clearance requirement: IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
