What you will do
- Apply cognitive science principles to enable AI solutions in enterprise business applications.
- Design and implement methods for learning representations from textual data to improve information retrieval and decision-making.
- Lead R&D initiatives in training design, competency modeling, and cognitive performance metrics.
- Identify cognitive training requirements and develop cognitive skills training programs.
- Develop and validate metrics for assessing cognitive performance and competency models.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cognitive science, AI, or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP), including knowledge discovery, data mining, and unstructured data analytics.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Java, C/C++, or Python.
- Experience with NLP/text understanding, classification, pattern recognition, recommendation systems, targeting systems, or ranking systems.
- Security clearance requirement: IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
