What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers and scientists to advance multimodal model evaluations for audio, images, and videos.
• Invent and validate reliability for novel automated evaluation methods, such as fine-tuned LLM-as-judge.
• Develop and extend evaluation frameworks to support expanding capabilities for multimodal language models.
• Analyze large offline and online datasets to interpret model failures and identify gaps in model capabilities.
• Work with compiler engineers and product teams to bring algorithms and models into production.

Requirements

• PhD, or a Master's degree with relevant experience in CS, CE, ML or a related field.
• Proven experience with patents or publications in top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Proficiency in programming with Python, C++, Java, or related languages.
• Strong expertise in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, or parallel/distributed computing.
• Experience building machine learning models for practical business applications.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience in professional software development.
