What you will do
- Manage inbound support requests via Zendesk or Salesforce for B2B clients and Smart Fridge end-users.
- Assist corporate administrators with bulk meal orders, scheduling, and delivery coordination.
- Troubleshoot Smart Fridge issues including app access, QR scanning, and payment processing.
- Investigate and escalate operational gaps related to food quality or system errors to tech and logistics teams.
- Analyze recurring ticket themes to provide feedback for product and operational improvements.
- Maintain accurate support records and contribute to internal knowledge base content.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in customer support, operations support, or service delivery roles.
- Proficiency with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both end-users and business clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Argentina or Peru.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting B2B services, workplace programs, food service, logistics, or hospitality operations.
- Familiarity with mobile apps or connected hardware products.
