What you will do

  • Manage inbound support requests via Zendesk or Salesforce for B2B clients and Smart Fridge end-users.
  • Assist corporate administrators with bulk meal orders, scheduling, and delivery coordination.
  • Troubleshoot Smart Fridge issues including app access, QR scanning, and payment processing.
  • Investigate and escalate operational gaps related to food quality or system errors to tech and logistics teams.
  • Analyze recurring ticket themes to provide feedback for product and operational improvements.
  • Maintain accurate support records and contribute to internal knowledge base content.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support, operations support, or service delivery roles.
  • Proficiency with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both end-users and business clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Argentina or Peru.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting B2B services, workplace programs, food service, logistics, or hospitality operations.
  • Familiarity with mobile apps or connected hardware products.
