Location: Remote (Must be based in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA for occasional on-site shoots)
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 base + bonus

What you will do
- Ideate and execute original social content across organic, paid, and retail channels.
- Lead creative brainstorming and oversee content execution to grow engagement and brand love.
- Manage, mentor, and support a Social Media Coordinator to help them grow creatively.
- Source and manage creative collaborations with influencers and culturally relevant creators.
- Translate marketing and retail briefs into platform-native social-first ideas.
- Ensure brand integrity while pushing creative boundaries across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media with a creative or art direction background.
- Proven experience managing and growing creative talent (at least one direct report).
- Deep understanding of current cultural trends, specifically for Gen Z and Gen Alpha.
- Expertise in writing briefs and managing content from sourcing to final assets.
- Must be based in New York City or Los Angeles for on-site creative moments.
- Strong communication skills for selling ideas and navigating approval processes.
