What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of RFP/RFI responses, from strategy development to final delivery.
• Collaborate with SMEs in Legal, IT, Product, and Investments to gather accurate and technical content.
• Utilize proposal automation platforms such as Responsive (RFPIO), Catapult, and Envestnet to streamline workflows.
• Draft and refine content for the proposal library, simplifying complex information into clear, compelling language.
• Perform detailed proofreading, editing, and formatting to ensure adherence to branding and quality standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of proposal best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of RFP writing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with strict attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently under tight deadlines.
• Must be based in Hartford, CT.

• Advanced understanding of Retirement Services.
• Experience with Responsive (formerly RFPIO) or similar proposal automation platforms.
