TL;DR
Senior BI Engineer (Power BI/Tableau): Designing and delivering enterprise-scale BI solutions, semantic models, and reporting dashboards for large-scale projects with an accent on data modeling, DAX, visualization, and energy-sector KPIs. Focus on owning BI workstreams end to end, tuning report performance, translating stakeholder requirements, and building governed data warehouse solutions.
Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid working model

What you will do
- Design and build robust, scalable reporting solutions with Power BI and Tableau.
- Develop semantic models using star and snowflake schemas, calculated measures, and relationships.
- Own BI deliverables from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, documentation, and performance tuning.
- Use Power BI Premium, Azure services, DAX, Power Query, and advanced visualisation techniques.
- Translate stakeholder needs and energy-sector processes and KPIs into meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Present results and collaborate with stakeholders across large-scale projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data engineering.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions.
- Strong Power BI and Tableau skills, including dashboard development, DAX, Power Query, and advanced visualisation.
- Experience with Power BI Premium, Azure services, and SQL.
- Solid knowledge of dimensional modelling and data warehousing principles.
- Ability to own BI workstreams, gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver documentation.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of business processes and KPIs in the energy, finance, or retail sectors.
- Consulting or client-facing experience, especially in multi-client environments.
