What you will do
- Help define and execute content and social media strategies across communication channels.
- Develop audiovisual content, content calendars, brand campaigns, and GEO-optimized social content.
- Coordinate content production with external partners, creative teams, agencies, community managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare performance reports, monitor business and campaign metrics, and turn social insights into actionable content decisions.
- Participate in crisis communication plann and ensure content follows the brand tone and style.
- Align paid media activity with social media objectives and review textual, audiovisual, and scripted content.
Requirements
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align market projects, campaigns, and content with bank business objectives.
- Knowledge of social networks, market, communication, brand, owned media, and paid media formats.
- Data-driven and analytical approach to business, campaign, and brand metrics.
- Clear communication, strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, creativity, proactivity, and problem-solv skills.
- Ability to manage complex information and collaborate with agencies, market teams, business tribes, leadership, and other stakeholders in an international matrix environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are required.
