Full Stack Developer (Node.js, TypeScript, SQL)

Location: Remote, based in Baku

Nitka Technologies develops software for customers in the US and Europe and brings together approximately 300 professionals across Eastern Europe, North and South America, Armenia, Georgia, and Kazakhstan.

What you will do

• Refactor and adapt existing Express.js and Node.js middleware for integration with the SurveySparrow API.
• Update the React-based user interface.
• Reconfigure Airflow workflows and task scheduling.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test suites.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers on a long-term project for a veterinary medicine and pet care technology company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development experience with Node.js, Express.js, and React.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and SQL.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, data modeling, and data warehousing principles.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, specifically SurveySparrow.
• Familiarity with Airflow or similar task-scheduling tools.
• Strong spoken and written English at Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Qualtrics and AWS.
