Project Manager (Clearance Required)

Location: Onsite in the client's office in Washington, D.C., United States, five days a week

What you will do

• Lead recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives for federal law enforcement and security hiring programs.
• Develop digital, social media, event-based, and community outreach campaigns.
• Create recruitment messaging, candidate-facing materials, event promotions, and brand collateral.
• Manage career fairs, recruiting events, and relationships with police academies, military installations, universities, professional associations, and community organizations.
• Partner with recruiters, HR, marketing, and client stakeholders to align outreach with hiring priorities and pipeline needs.
• Track applicant engagement, pipeline growth, conversion, diversity outcomes, and campaign performance while managing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance or higher is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience supporting or managing federal, state, or local government contracts.
• At least five years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent outreach, or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing large-scale recruitment marketing programs or contracts.
• Experience using social media, digital marketing, event strategies, ATS/CRM tools, recruitment analytics, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Background in federal law enforcement, intelligence, military, protective services, veteran communities, or law enforcement recruitment.
• Understanding of clearance-based hiring, background investigations, and law enforcement selection processes.
