Quality Manager (MedTech)

TL;DR

Quality Manager (MedTech): Maintaining and optimizing the Canadian Quality Management System in compliance with ISO standards with an accent on regulatory adherence and process improvement. Focus on leading CAPA initiatives, conducting internal/external audits, and driving quality culture across sales and service teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid)

Salary: $97,900 – $115,000 + 15% bonus

What you will do

• Maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Lead and manage all Canadian SSU CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) processes.
• Conduct internal audits and represent the company during third-party quality inspections.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures to ensure efficient compliance.
• Facilitate Management Review meetings and report on quality KPIs to leadership.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, providing training and driving quality awareness across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in quality assurance or control within an FDA/Health Canada regulated or ISO-certified industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems and applicable standards (ISO 13485).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior management.
• Proven ability to facilitate teams, solve complex problems, and influence business performance.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model based in Mississauga, Ontario.
