hirify.global is an open-source orchestration and automation platform helping teams manage complex workflows.

What you will do

• Develop AI-powered features end-to-end, covering both backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Prototype and iterate on agent-based use cases to identify high-impact features.
• Build product surfaces including UI components, blueprints, and examples to make AI workflows accessible.
• Collaborate closely with product and backend teams to ensure a rapid path from idea to production.
• Maintain and improve the core orchestration engine and its integration with AI models.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience with Java on the backend.
• Hands-on production experience building and releasing AI products or agents.
• Ability to balance rapid prototyping with production-grade software quality.
• Experience with frontend development (Vue.js preferred).
• Must be comfortable working in a remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with data streaming and storage technologies like Kafka and Elasticsearch.
• Background in building developer-facing tools or orchestration platforms.
