TL;DR
Conversational AI UX Designer (AI): Designing chat, in-product assistant, and agentic experiences for marketers with an accent on prompt/context engineering, conversation flow reliability, and evaluation criteria for LLM-driven outputs. Location: Czechia (Central European offices or from home)
Salary: 1 219 048 Kč - 1 523 810 Kč CZK (base salary range)

What you will do
- Design and iterate on chat and assistant experiences for briefing, reviewing proposals, and refining multi-step marketer workflows.
- Develop conversational flows (prompting, turn-taking, error recovery) across in-product chat, side panels, and embedded agent UIs.
- Shape Loomi’s voice and tone, including when it should be directive vs. exploratory and how it communicates uncertainty.
- Treat prompts, context, and reasoning as core UX artifacts using prompt/context engineering and coherent UX models.
- Prototype with real AI behavior (happy paths and edge cases) and validate designs with LLM-native tools.
- Define success metrics for agent UX and improve flows using conversation logs, user behavior, and evals for clarity, accuracy, safety, and trust.
Requirements
- Experience designing conversational, assistant, or AI-powered experiences (chat, copilots, agents, or similar).
- Product/UX design experience, with a bonus for complex web-based or SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience using LLM-driven tools (assistants/coplots) and prototyping or shipping AI-powered/assistive features.
- Comfort treating prompts, context, and evaluation criteria as design materials (not just UI text).
- Systems mindset for scaling patterns across surfaces, use cases, and agents.
- Ability to run end-to-end projects independently while staying aligned with product and design peers.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for marketing automation, CRM, messaging, or workflow-driven products for non-technical users.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries, and extending patterns into conversational/agent surfaces.
- Experience partnering with data/research to analyze conversation logs, define success metrics, and run experiments.
- Experience mentoring designers and improving AI/agent design practices and documentation.
