What you will do

• Conceptualize and execute campaign-level visual ideas across multiple channels (digital, print, social, film, experiential).
• Develop visually strong solutions within strict brand, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
• Partner with copywriters to craft cohesive, original brand stories and translate strategy into clear visual systems.
• Pitch and present creative ideas internally and to senior, global clients; navigate feedback constructively.
• Guide and inspire junior creatives and design teams while maintaining brand integrity and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with strategy, production, and account teams to ensure smooth execution; use AI tools for exploration and efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an Art Director in a creative or advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual, campaign-level thinking and visual excellence.
• Experience working with global brands and corporate client environments.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or similar tools).
• Strong command of layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to present work to multiple stakeholders and manage multiple projects under pressure.
