What you will do

• Label, annotate, and evaluate German-language photos, graphics, videos, stickers, and designs for linguistic quality, accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.
• Evaluate AI-generated content against Canva’s quality bar for German users.
• Build and contribute to German-specific datasets supporting internationalisation of Canva AI features.
• Deliver labelled assets on time and meet output targets across multiple task types and labelling guidelines.
• Review and refine your own labels based on feedback to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with in-house data labelling teams across the Philippines and EU for ongoing quality alignment.

Requirements

• Native German speaker with strong written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and strong quality bar, including on repetitive tasks.
• Self-directed time management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to quickly learn and consistently apply new labelling guidelines across different task types.
• Genuine interest in AI and building language experiences for German users.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where work evolves.
